Method of Vinification
After manual harvesting, transport of the grapes to the cellar in boxes of 20 kg. The grape is non-destemmed to preserve the aromatic potentials. Lightly pressed to preserve the aromas and provide clear, citrus and fresh must. Fermentation at low temperature in stainless steel vats and small volumes.
Tasting Note
Appearance: Clear, crystalline and citrus.
Aroma: Light and delicate aroma of green apple, stone fruit (white plum) and light tropical notes.
Palate: In the mouth, is dry and elegant. Acidity well balanced. The minerality coexists well with the aromas to fruits.
Harmonization
Ideal for drinking with grilled fish, seafood, or even with sushi and sashimi. This wine combines well with varied hors d’oeuvre or can be drunk without accompaniment.
